How many days of free warehouse storage do I get?

The free period runs through the end of day 90. It does not restart when another item arrives or when you decide to combine purchases. If one item is close to its deadline, compare the cost of shipping it separately with the costs and risks of waiting.
How are overdue storage fees calculated?
The daily rate is 0.2% of the item’s chargeable value, with a minimum of CNY 1 per item per day and a cap of CNY 300 per item per month. Check the value used on the actual bill: the storage terms refer to the paid price or inbound declared value. Do not substitute the USD estimate displayed in this product index.

These examples assume four chargeable days in the same billing month, no previous charges toward the cap and the stated billing values. They show the arithmetic, not your final invoice. A monthly fee cap does not buy an extension beyond the storage limit.
Where do I check the deadline and pay the fees?
- Open My Warehouse or the item’s Order Details in your account.
- Check the stock-in record, overdue days, daily fee and total accumulated amount for that item.
- Select the items you intend to ship and review the payable charges before creating the parcel.
- Keep the parcel confirmation and check the items left behind separately.
Charging stops on the day the parcel order is created; earlier charges remain payable. Shipping selected items does not stop charges on other overdue items. If several items arrived on different days, manage the parcel around the earliest deadline rather than the most recent arrival.
What happens if I miss the storage deadline?
Unpaid overdue items can enter an abandonment or disposal process. Do not rely on the fee cap, a reminder email or an assumption that payment automatically extends the holding period. Contact support promptly if the displayed deadline is close, a fee looks incorrect or you cannot submit a parcel.
An unmatched parcel has a shorter holding period and may not generate personal reminders because it cannot be associated with an account. Provide the domestic tracking number, seller order information and arrival record before its 30-day deadline. Storage also does not preserve an item’s shelf life.
Does free storage also extend the return window?
No. Storage time and seller return eligibility are separate. An item can still be inside its free storage period while its standard warehouse return window has already ended. Review the item and available photos shortly after stock-in if you may want to return it.
